Ongoing and future activities

In 2018 and 2019, the focus of IGC is on the following important initiatives: 

• Finalization of the publication of the Controlling Process Model (2nd edititon).
• Establishment of a new event format (EduCamps): The first EduCamp took place in January 2018 in Vienna, Austria. The second EduCamp is planned for March 2019, again in Vienna, Austria. 
• The translation of the IGC publication for effective controlling in non-profit-organizations into English is in progress and will be available in the second half of 2018.
