§ 1 NAME AND LOCATION

(1) This interest group is run in the form of a non-registered association with the name
IGC - International Group of Controlling.
(2) The interest group is located in St. Gallen / Switzerland.
(3) The interest group can maintain branches.

§ 2 OBJECTIVES

(1) The IGC is an international co-operation of institutions doing training, research and development in the field of controlling.
Its purpose is:

(2) The IGC neither intends a complete standardisation of the training pro-grammes of their member institutions nor a loss in the diversity of the intellectual competition (monopolisation in controller-trainings).

§ 3 MAIN ASSIGNMENTS

The most important tasks are:

§ 4 CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP

(1) Members of the IGC commit themselves to contribute in a proactive way to the objectives of the IGC.
(2) Who can become IGC-member?


(3) Members may indicate their IGC membership in their own communication.
 
A violation of these articles can lead to expulsion from the IGC.

§ 5 BODIES

Bodies of the IGC are:

§6 THE MANAGING COMMITTEE

(1) The managing committee consists of five members.

(2) Head of the committee is the chairman of the International Controller Verein eV in Munich. Deputy Chairman is the representative of the Austrian Controller Institute in Vienna. After a period of 3 years, respectively, the additional members are to be elected. One of them should be a Swiss member of the IGC.

§7 WORK GROUP

The managing committee can install work groups for research and development issues as well as for supporting other activities of the IGC. The work group members normally are employees of the member institutions.
All terms are meant for both, ladies and gentlemen, where appropriate.
